2 Cups cooked chickpeas.

3 spoons of Tahini.

Juice of a medium lemon.

Extra virgin Oliveoil.

Seasalt to taste.

Rich in calcium, protein, healthy carbohydrate.

'Really Yammi!'

note/ I personally add also 2 pieces of fresh garlic in the blending, some extra water and some chopped parsley to garnish as finishing touch.

He had several hundred young layers (hens), called 'pullets' and ten roosters to fertilize the eggs....
